If you’re looking for a company to install or refinish hardwood floor, look no further contact Crandall’s Custom Hardwood Floors! Mike Crandall and his brother did both for us. We hired Mike to repair and refinish existing hardwood flooring and to install new hardwood to match the existing floor. We had a very positive experience that started with meeting Mike and his wife for the initial consultation. They came to my house on time as he promised and took the time to listen to what I wanted done. He also made some suggestions on what type of products to use, informed us that they would give us a detailed estimate, but could not predict what was under our carpeting, but gave us an accurate idea of how much the job would cost. As promised he had my pricing very quickly and it was very competitive. It took us a few days to make a final decision, and there was no pressure from Mike. After awarding the job to him he stayed involved with the project until the end. His brother refinished and installed the floors, he was courteous, clean/organized and never left our home in disarray. The man is an artist with wood! The floor turned out lovely! I anticipated the finish to be more glossy and expressed my concerns to Mike, he bent over backwards to find a product that would provide us with the finish I wanted. The level of customer service he provides is outstanding. We were told it was going to take 10-14 days to complete and they delivered. They even worked through a 4 day PGE blackout in Napa County!!!! They helped me with the generator to keep the lights/power flowing! Every question I asked them they were very accommodating and polite. Their quality workmanship is outstanding plus they are simple nice people. Whenever I decide to do any more work I will definitely contact them again!
