he is a horrible contractor he had no clue what he was doing put laminate next to shower no gfi plugs or breaker charged 16,000 for maybe 2,500 worth of work a disaster of a contractor no permits didnt finish just took the money finished part of the job and ran

Please beware of Carl S Cranson. His work was shoddy and careless. He never obtained permits and he overcharged my elderly parents over $10,000. He added a bathroom to their bedroom and did not separate the bathroom an bedroom light switches including the heat and exhaust fan. There is too many things wrong to list but please heed my warning.
