    Foam roof install
    $18,000

    AWFUL SERVICE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. I hired Craven Construction for a new foam roof and so far every time it gets wet it leaks. They have been out to "fix" the problem but never do. He blamed my house for being old when I just payed him for what I thought was a new roof. I would never do business or recommend anyone to Craven Construction.

    Install new foam roof

    2925 N. 32rd Ave Install or Replace a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof
    We hired Randy (craven construction) to replace a foam roof on my building. We spend about $75k to get a new roof. Randy left the roof exposed when we had a storm causing over $650k in damages. That was not a smart thing to do as a roofer. Roofers 101. The rain washed away the coating that he applied to the roof. My roof has been leaking every time we have rain and it is worse than before. Randy send some kids to check it after weeks from us calling and text messaging him. Bad service. Randy would never blame himself or admit that he made a mistake. He will blame everything else. I would not do business with him, bad service and more importantly bad morales.

    For a new roof

    I have a little problem with this company. My parents had their whole roof done not a small amount. My parents are 80. My mom had a question about the aesthetic of the roof, lines didn't seem right so she asked the owner, I am assuming, if he could look at it just to giver her piece of mind and he laid into her that she better pay for it he would put a lien on her house and had her in tears. Why would anyone do this? Why not go up there and tell her everything was right. So for this I give a bad review. The roof is holding but it's only been a couple of months. It does have a warranty but I was just appalled that anyone would do this. It is your company. It would of taken 30 min. She paid him but would never hire him back.

    Reasonable quote for roof repairs and exterior painting. Work performed on schedule and quality of work was very good. Would use this contractor again and highly recommend them for future work.
