    Bathroom Remodel project

    He wanted a leg amount paid upfront and abandoned the job. I estimate I’m in the hole an additional 4K after having to hire a née contractor and pay for their services along with materials I’d already paid for per the contract ie. shower door. His work was shoddy. He didn’t supervise his employees. Violated code and contract. He should not have a license as he can’t do the work himself. He left my apt in disarray for 2 months. He didn’t show up many time and didn’t call me to convey he’d be. No show. He’s a terrible person!!! Do not hire.

    This guy is a scam artist! He submitted a very detailed and thorough estimate along with a fraudulent document claiming he had workmans comp. after a convincing excuse he took a large sum of my sisters money to do the job and after two weeks the balance upon which his crew disappeared and he attempted to do the work himself. Four weeks later he walked off the job, unfinished electrical, plumbing, tile, plastering, and painting without returning the funds needed to complete the job. He also left a huge mess. DONT HIRE THIS GUY!
