    Building a home with Crawford creek was a nightmare. They are unresponsive, rude and overall not competent in home building. I've spent a few thousand dollars fixing things in a 2 year old home. Not to mention the terrible grading that has caused tremendous problems. Every company I call to fix mistakes are flabbergasted at the poor craftsmanship. Every time I meet a neighbor the first thing they ask is if I had a terrible experience building as well- so at least they are consistent something. 0/10 do not recommended.

    Absolutely terrible builder. Would not resolve clear grading issues in yard that results in massive amounts of flooding and did not follow up and complete warranty repairs as contracted. Completely unresponsive and rude when you do get them on the phone. Avoid this builder at all costs.

    Poorly built townhomes in Chamblee. Walls are paper thin for a town home, a million times worse than our old apartment. The bed rooms are built right next to your neighbors balcony and you can hear them as if your standing out there with them. The bedroom is also built on top of Your neighbors garage so when they’re coming in late at night you’ll be waken up by the earthquake sensation caused from their garage and the cheap ass walls. Plus the agents (Tammy Conn specifically) were terrible to deal with.

    Avoid houses built by this company. I would agree with the other 1 star ratings, as I have received a similar poor experience. Unresponsive, rude and ultimately they don't give a damn about the home buyer once they have their money. This is the person I dealt with "Cayle Collins
    Construction Coordinator for Crawford Creek Homebuilders". Here are SOME of the issues:
    No quality control, with all aspects of the interior.
    Poor quality fixtures.
    The warranty is complete junk, non-enforceable and you have to pay for arbitration if there is a problem.
    Terrible land grading.
    Matte paint all over the house, even in the kitchens and bath rooms.
    Half inch gaps in flooring and carpentry.
    I found a number of beer bottles and cans and other building trash buried under the turf. The beer would explain the quality issues.
    Sprinkler heads installed where a patio would be built.
    I could go on and on.

    This was a miserable experience builder did not pay contractors or honor 1 year warranty. He didn’t repair the road of a new community as promised his assistant was extremely unprofessional. Instead of using licensed subcontractors he hired day laborers
