Despite having received some good reviews, I would caution anyone thinking about hiring Mark Crawford. I called and made an appointment for him to come to my house to provide a quote for a project in my backyard. He failed to show for the appointment and did not call to reschedule.
I called him and he apologized for missing the appointment and he acknowledged that he messed up. We re-scheduled for two days later. He failed to show up for the second appointment. I called him and he admitted that he messed up again. I was telling him not to bother showing up at that point because I had to leave, but he mumbled something and hung up on me. I called him back and left a message, he didn't have the guts to answer his phone and deal with me professionally.
Looking at other reviews that I've seen, it seems like he has done some good work, but you have to wonder if Mark Crawford is someone you can trust with your project. Will he show up for work? Will he finish the work he starts? Is he someone that can be trusted with your project, time, and money?
There are too many other professional landscapers in Tucson that can be trusted. Why take the risk with someone like Mark, who has shown very little integrity and professionalism.
