Alex, Boss Lady owner, oversaw the entire job and her team exceeded our expectations in how fast they completed the roof replacement.  We were selling the home and found out we should replace the roof before we placed it on the market.  We had a short window to complete the work and Alex and her team made it all happen within our time frame.   Her entire team was very professional and the new roof looks great.  All of the old roofing material was removed and the property cleaned.  She filed all required paper work with the city and had the final work inspected by the city.  We highly recommend Boss Lady Contracting.

Alex was absolutely wonderful to work with on this project from her collaboration on design to the quality of her teams work. It was our first major house improvement project and she provided a realistic budget and schedule that was delivered. Even though our project was outdoor, we actually had some indoor improvement needs so she is highly skilled in exterior and interior improvements.

We live in Castle Rock and have a west facing patio that for years was practically unusable between 12-7pm due to intense Colorado sun. We found Denver Pergola Systems and were immediately impressed by the Arcadia/StruXure louvered pergola system - adjustable to allow for sun or shade. Bob Monzel and his team were very quick to provide solutions and were very helpful in creating a custom patio cover for our space. Their creativity/ingenuity was proven when considering some challenging space constraints and a large picture window to work around. We were thrilled with the work Bob Monzel (the owner) and his team did for us! We have a great backyard, but were not really able to enjoy it as it is southwest facing and gets super hot. Our landscape designer through Designs by Sundown introduced us to Denver Pergola Systems & the idea of an Arcadia louvered pergola. We are so happy we decided to add this to our backyard project! The pergola works wonderfully and is totally watertight. We've been able to add LED lights, fans, and outdoor speakers (with the option of adding heaters and wind screens in the future).

Bob was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He was very responsive by phone & email. He also provided us with contact information of former clients (with their permission, of course) so we could arrange to see the pergola system in "real life" before we made our decision. Installation went super smoothly and the finished product is gorgeous and very functional. It feels like we've added a whole additional room to our home. You can't go wrong working with these guys :)

Bob and Denver Pergola provided us with a pergola that was louvered and maintenance free. The pergola shades our patio door and has made an immense difference in the internal temp of the house during the hot summer months. Bob was informative and easy to work with during the order and install process. We recently contacted him about an issue/question we had about the pergola. He was quick to respond and took care of our issue in a timely fashion. The pergola is wonderful and so is Bob. Denver Pergola's Arcadia system literally made it possible to enjoy our outdoor space. We have a very sunny back porch. In the summer, it's just too hot to enjoy for long. We considered having a roof addition built, but in the chillier weather, it's too cold and we would like to sit in the sun. We came across the louvered pergola idea and it seemed to solve our problem since it allows us to adjust the light. We found Denver Pergola right away and Bob Monzel was very responsive and great to work with. He helped us pick the design that was right for us and the installation went very well. We've found that the Arcadia pergola was exactly what we were hoping for and now we have a new area of our home in which we love to spend time which makes the added price completely worth it to us. I just can't believe this product isn't more widespread, it's just perfect for our climate.

My wife and I happened on the Denver Pergola booth at the Home and Garden show and were impressed with the idea. A few weeks later we bit the bullet and had Mike out for an estimate. It certainly isn't cheap but the workmanship and the attention to detail make for a wonderful addition to our home. No maintenance and how it blends so well with our house are the two best aspects.
