Overall, I had a very good and productive experience with Creative Builders, Inc. We made some changes along the way, adding some new items to the project and deleting others. Their rates were within standard range for an average-quality project. Both contractors in charge were regularly on site and were very accommodating with us, managing the project from start to finish. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because I thought they could have done a few things in a different order and sequence, to minimize do-overs to some things. I also felt that the project took too long, even though in many cases, it was weather-related. On a couple of occasions, though, there were some dates when they had other issues and could not send the crew, which was a little frustrating. Next time I will insist on a more finite schedule, within the contract. They could have also been a little neater, but that said, they did clean up after each work day as well as at the end of the project...perfect no, but I am a stickler for detail. I plan on working with Creative Builders again and discuss how we can do future projects with a closer eye to the types of detail that I require. They are very nice people and now that they are familiar with my particular expectations, I am sure they will be able to accommodate me more fully. As with most contractors, the job is only as good as the homeowner's close supervision of the project. I was able to give them feedback and express my concerns when necessary, and that's important. They were always respectful and patient. Good job, overall.
