    Buyer Beware, do yourself a favor and select another company Move on and use a different pool company. The office staff couldn't be more rude and unprofessional than these people. Constant no shows over the project, even after taking personal time off of work and telling them that they better show up this time specifically because we were taking time off from work. They could care less about their clients time. We spent in total on our project $150k about $80k for the pool. What we got was an incomplete pool, (still to this day 6/8/2016) (I have also filled an report with the BBB)( If the job is completed soon, I will seek to take them to court). very poor construction, live electrical wires hanging at the pool equipment, leaking plumbing on valves, missing valves, poorly installed plaster, stairs build out of spec to what was agreed upon and then fixed unacceptably, they forgot to install the tile on the on the tops of the stairs. Way over promise and way under deliver. I told them today that I would not recommend them ever, they said they wouldn't ask me too, well they don't have to ask, here it is. Do yourself a favor and pick another company to give your hard earned money too, this is not the company to do business with. And then they wonder why you yell at them. Unacceptable
