    Considered for Basement Support Beam Replacement

    Creative Exteriors was prompt getting back to me about this project and came out quickly to talk about options. While I ultimately went with a different contractor for this project, I'll definitely consider them again for future work.

    I must retract my review on this company and apologize. It was a review made in haste Oh, yes. I would recommend cretire exteriors andinteriors. They did siding for my elderly mom. I thought maybe it might be an incomplete job until I got a text from the owner, Doug, who explained he was not done but waiting for better weather before he could return and finish. So Doug planned to return. Had I been aware of his intent to return and complete the siding job and remove the tree they cut, I would not have made my feelings known. I was unaware he wasn't finished with the job. Apologies. A
    looking out for mom supersedes all. I'm happy Doug is coming back.

    Stop leak coming through basement window frame

    We had a leak through our basement window. Had several people come out and look at it. Most were uninterested in pursuing a solution. Creative Exteriors and Interiors troubleshooted the problem and took actions to remedy the leak (the leak was believed to be starting on our roof). In the process, repaired some other problem areas on our roof. Too early to tell if the leak has actually been fixed (may not know for sure until we get a vigorous rain so that could be spring). They do offer a 5 year warranty on their work so if the problem isn't fixed, presumably that will be covered under warranty. Will update this review as needed.

    I was surprise he gave me an estimate without walking on the roof and the estimate was on his business card.
