Would definitely recommend Creative Heating. In fact, we had an issue with the furnace back in January on a below freezing day, and he came within an hour of when we called him (at about 9PM). The problem was resolved and actually not due to anything he and his team had done. He made the house call after hours and did not charge us. We were very impressed!
