This is a review for Creative Remodeling Group, their project manager Ovi Moshe and the quality, speed, professionalism of their work. Our existing section of the yard was transformed from something with little functionality to a private backyard which can now host family gatherings and provide a peaceful getaway. The work involved refurbishing an existing 50 year old concrete fence, removing old concrete/pavers, electrical work and new pavers. This was all done in a period of 2 1/2 weeks with transparency to all work being performed and daily updates and visits by Ovi. Ovi also provided much appreciated expertise to decisions that provide a better result. One example of this was the yard was bordered by an old 50 year old-concrete block fence which our original thought was to have it repainted. Instead with Ovi's insistence it was refurbished using stucco and reinforced with cement. The fence along with a vinyl topper is now a beautiful fence as a result. We as homeowners are very happy with the work and project performed by Ovi and Creative Remodeling.

I was in need of redoing the shower in my bathroom. It had developed a leak in the valve behind the tile. The tile was original to the house. So, I needed to have a complete tear-out and re-tiling of the shower as well as the bathroom floor.

I got 4 estimates for this work and I decided on Creativge Home Remodeling Group. I dealt mainly with Ben, the general contractor. I had told him my reservations in using a general contractor from years past. Ben made sure that all of my concerns were met to my satisfaction.

He communicated with me from start to finish. He worked around my work schedule. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but they were dealt with in a timely anner.

All in all, it was well-handled and al lthe trades involved made sure to clean up each day. The tile and painting were well done, as well as the plumbing and initial tear-out of the tile and vanity and the toilet.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) I would recommend using Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group to my family and friends. We look forward to working with Ben again in the future.

Small 7.5’ sq bathroom remodel. Contractor had good communication, really hustled to try to get everything right and meet our expectations. Sub-contractors were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. Fixed all issues that arose as quickly as possible with no arguments.

I have never done a renovation before and decided to start with my master bathroom. I chose Creative Home Remodeling Group online after reading reviews and comparing to other companies. I submitted a request for a quote and someone called back immediately and made an appointment with me. Ben was the project manager that came to my home to look at my project and give his suggestions regarding possibilities for the room. He was cordial, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He submitted his written proposal in a timely fashion and I quickly made the decision to proceed with this company. What impressed me most about Ben is his attention to detail and his communication skills. He called me almost everyday of the remodel and was onsite all the time. His team of skilled workers were awesome and I was very happy with their work. We had a slight delay with the timeline as we failed the first inspection. It had nothing to do with the work, but rather an old school inspector that was unnecessarily over diligent. That set us back a week, but we still completed the project by Thanksgiving which was my goal. Ben worked extra hard to make this happen and I was extremely grateful. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and I plan to use them again for a future project next year. I've heard horror stories about contractors, but Ben was was great! I look forward to working with him again.

My house was completely remodeled by Creative (just left a couple of walls). It came out magnificent. I was in David's ear everyday and he was very patient and offered amazing ideas that really made a difference.

If you need an addition built on your house, I'd highly recommend you give Creative Remodeling a call. We used them to add a master suite which makes our house much more livable. We've also decided to add decking in the back yard off the the back of the house. Oh, and this was after working with them during Covid on a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. So that makes us repeat, on repeat, on repeat customers. The work is quick, to a good quality, and they listen to what the customer wants and have dealt with the odd snafu without any push back. Highly recommended.

In the last 10 years, my family has dealt with multiple contractors across different projects. From back yard remodeling to a wet bar conversion and now a COMPLETE downstairs remodel. To say that my previous experiences with contractors was not great would be an understatement. In fact, I was so concerned when we decided to remodel our downstairs that I interviewed multiple contractors with my guard up. Kris from CHRG was one and let me tell you from Day 1, he was honest, caring and made sure that he kept his word the entire way. These guys have my HIGHEST recommendation. We had a blockage somewhere in our plumbing line and couldn't use our upstairs toilet for over a year. Our contractor Ben Sviri from Creative Home Remodeling Group came out to our condo with his plumber to assess it. Not only did they find the blockage (PVC pipe), they also removed it and patched it up the same day! We definitely recommend them with any home project you may have.

Kris was excellent to work with and kept me informed throughout the two month process. His crew is polite and easy to work with. The job entailed the demolition of the entire kitchen, replacing flooring with porcelain tile in the dining room, kitchen and entryway. Cabinets were provided through a third party in one day, but the quality of the materials was more like RTA rather than semi-custom. Electrical work included new lighting, hood and installation of new sub panel. Plumbing included a new farmhouse sink, semi-professional faucet and disposal. Countertops were selected through Daltile in Van Nuys and included three 74 sq. Ft. Sheets of 2 cm slabs. The peninsula was extended 14 inches, using aircraft quality honeycomb panels.

They demolished my old countertops without breaking one tile of my backsplash. They placed the joint between the countertop slabs appropriately and undetected. We hired Creative Home Remodeling to remodel our hall bathroom. The project included canceling a stand-up shower, re-tiling the tub area, adding a shower, new vanity, lighting, and adding built-in storage. From beginning to end, our project manager Ben was incredibly responsive. He listened to our requests and concerns and always handled them with care and understanding. This is the third contractor we've hired for this house and they were by far the best. Best in communication and quality. They handled the permit and inspection process like a breeze. Also, any GC is only as good as their subs and every trade showed up on time, was respectful and did nice work. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone.

They rebuilt my 2nd story balcony/deck to match the old look and they did a great job! I chose to go with Trex (wood-alternative composite) for the flooring so that it would last longer and be impervious to termites and water damage. The installation and subsequent painting look great. Very happy with the result and highly recommend this company.

Kris n team were very professional and easy to work with, especially during the unpredictability of COVID. Throughout the remodel Kris n team kept us informed and part of the process. CHR completely remodeled our old 1950's kitchen. Even though it is a small kitchen, it was a complex job, due to the layout change, sub-floor and window replacements, as well as extending one of the walls. Kris, the project manager, did an excellent job coordinating the work, as well as helping out with design features. The job was completed within a reasonable time (despite city inspection delays) without major issues, and within budget. We're over the moon with our new kitchen and happy to have selected CHR for the job. We would recommend them to friends and family.

We needed to add a pitched roof to our atrium and convert it into a sunroom with two solar-powered skylights. Frankly, before we found Yaniv, we almost gave up on the project as two other contractors came either with an insanely pricy estimate or commit to it but disappeared all of a sudden. I was quite lucky to find Yaniv who did the project for me on time and within my budget. He gave me a good estimate the same day, followed up with me the second day for details and started working the day after. Yaniv was very patient, and accommodative to all the details that I wanted and even a couple of changes/extras I asked after the project had started, and never intended to raise price. All his workers (framers, roofers, installers) are friendly, professional and very detail oriented. It has been 8am-6pm working non-stop for three days. Work was beautifully done, even better than what I had imagined. We have done lots of home improvement projects in the last few years. I’d say Yaniv a top notch contractor with integrity, good communication skills, and work ethics. By fate or luck, I had the opportunity to find Creative Home Remodeling Group. A major leak from an upstairs unit caused a flood in my bathroom and closets. When I called Creative Home Remodeling, Candy took the time to explain the process of restoration and refurbishing. Because of the pandemic, it took me a couple of months more to get back to them. Kris came out and also took his time explaining what was to be done and also carefully listening to what I would like to be done. His advice was very helpful. This project was a new experience for me, and I appreciated his confidence and patience. Kris and his workers’ attention throughout the process made this remodel much less stressful. Despite a few minor flaws, Creative Home Remodeling did an impeccable job: replacing the whole laminated floor of the house, did the drywall and painting the hallway, replacing all the locks of the bedrooms and closets, fixing the bathrooms, and installing a new beautiful vanity and mirror in the first bathroom and pour hot mop on the shower floor side, and install new tile and glass door. My main contact was Mario who is very conscientious, always responsive to my requests professionally. And best of all, the work was completed on time without dragging. I will be happy to refer David, the owner, to my friends and neighbors and definitely will hire Creative Home Remodeling again should any future need arises for my home.

Creative Home Remodeling Group came into our home to give us a quote on a job that had been abandoned by another contractor. They had the winning bid, we got the winning contractor! After accepting the bid we were given a written schedule, on the contract, of when the job should be completed. Construction contracts have a soft close because of unforeseen issues that could arise. This was a take over job that had left us without full bathroom facilities for too long. We needed truth in business and reliability in labor. We got that and more. I felt, from the day Roee came in to bid on the job, that he really was sincere about making us whole again. The job was done in the time frame laid out and the workmanship is of the greatest quality. We are so happy with the work that Creative Home Remodel Group did, that we have hired them to remodel our kitchen as well. The design shown to us is just what I had in mind (I do the cooking). We moved into an 80-year-old Spanish style house that had many challenges that were not picked up in the house inspection. Nevertheless we have been able to address all of these deficiencies with the terrific assistance of Creative Home Remodeling. They were initially supposed to just put into powder rooms and repurpose a rabbits' warren of closets. However, the project greatly expanded when we found – with Sebastian's help – that we had gas leaks in our master bathroom. That of course was dangerous and required completely renovating the master bath. We have since added other construction work including redoing our driveway because we been so delighted with the quality of the work that they are team provides. We are especially enthusiastic about Kris's work - who is a creative genius, incredibly responsive, and detail oriented.
Our driveway in particular is spectacular even though it was challenging because it is a steep slope. The master bathroom is gorgeous and I hope they will post a picture to prove it. We have had a great deal of experience of contractors and I would rate them as one of the best – honest and attentive as well as fine workmanship.

Creative home remodeling has been excellent I have worked with them for 10yrs! Most recently retrofit my foundation, fix cracks inside and outside repair texcote. Previously they have remodeled my kitchen, bathrooms , paint the inside of house, paver stone driveway, stamped concrete in the back yard and patio roof, shelving in garage and storage room!

I highly recommend Creative Homes! They did an extensive remodel of my kitchen (including moving walls) and were done on time and within budget and the kitchen looks GREAT! And they stand by their work-- I had an issue come up (due to the foundation of our house, not workmanship), and they were very prompt in coming to fix the issue.
