Honestly I was given a letter from my complex to ask about the renovations they were gonna do at our complex today in 1801 metro west the letter had the email from the company and the phone number from the one in orlando fl 4072418998. I ask her some questions in regards to the job if she has any knowledge or if something else was gonna be done because they had me almost 3 hours out of my apartment and they came almost late at 3:30 pm the lady in this line raised her voice and started arguing saying we did the one order that the complex gave us fighting with me over the phone for no reason I'm at this upset because I was given a letter from out complex mentioning if we had any questions to contact this company and it was a horrible experience the lady that was on the phone horrible I was transfer to a very disrespectful lady and this is how you guys lose customer the company gets paid and they threat the customer like shit then she hang up because I told her why she was raising her voice and arguing person like that shouldn't even be working there.
