He sounds like a nice guy but he doesn't know how to build a pool he will leave you half way though the project and will not call you back

if you want to waste your money and use this guy go for it. He put our pool in in 2010 and we have had nothing but problems. He gives you the run around and is very flaky. He messed up our whole backyard and now won't come and fix his problems. Time to go to court.

beware of creative pool. They will promise you the world and deliver little. It has been five years now and I am still fixing problems. The only thing creative about Jim Cronin is how he gets your money
