    Paver Driveway
    $7,000

    Wow! We are completely satisfied with our new driveway. Allen and his team are top notch. We would not hesitate to contact them for any new project. Tge only drawback was the time involved due to global shortages, and production hurdles…not their fault. Communication was a bit strained too, until work began- then it was prompt and succinct, meeting all of our needs.

    Extend and resurface back patio

    The initial work was thought to be good. The company was paid in full when the work was completed. After a couple of months there was cracking and breaks in the surfacing that was applied. We tried on numerous Occasions to reach the owner Allen to come out and address the issue. After several phone calls and emails sent to him by us, he finally returned an email saying that he would be out later in the week. He never showed nor did he call and/or return our calls after that. On October 9th we received a written document from the city stating that the permit was about to expire and had not had a final inspection requested by the contractor so was still open. Owner returned the call, with a text, about that issue stating that he would drop off the permit for us to call and have the final inspection requested and done. He, again, never showed. He “apparently” called the city to request the final inspection and that was done on October 12th; 2 days prior to the expiration of the permit. Word to the wise.....don’t provide this company a final payment until inspection is completed and passed. Again, be wary, because if there are issues after the payment had been received, you will never get it resolved. We are trying to glue pieces of our patio back in place at this point because we don’t know what else to do. We, in the beginning, wanted to also have them do our driveway, but now, no way. I’m sure it would be beautiful when complete, but there would most assuredly be issues with it after the fact, with no follow up. Out of sight, out of mind I guess.
