8/13/2020, Ken, of Creative Vision Landscaping is one of the worst Hardscaping business owner in in both Northern and Southern Delaware. He will not keep his promises nor whole true to his written contracts. Also, he has lost credibility with local area distributors. DO NOT, hire him for your home projects, he will take your deposit and then not complete job. You heard the phase "Robbing Peter to pay Paul" which means Ken doesn't have any financial "Capital", so he use your money/down-payment to fund prior jobs. Then will try to secure additional jobs in hopes to use their funds for your project. If he doesn't receive any additional business, he will start to give you the run around, first avoiding then blocking your calls, he'll stop responding to your emails. Basically cutting off all future communication.

Sorry to hear about your problem but same thing happened to me when he was using the name A New View Landscaping. Spent 22,000 and walk started sinking and walk area too. I called and called with promises from him and his wife. Never came out to repair. I called the State Fraud Department and because nobody else yet had complained, there was nothing they could do. I knew he changed his company name and tried to warn people but he blocked me. Once I sold the house, I figured it was on the new owners to fix but he is a fraud.
