I had work done by this company. Very happy with finished product they do an excellent job. I'm glad I hired Creative Yards to do my yard super easy to work with. Artificial turf is excellent I'm glad for the suggestions Martin had for me. Martin & Annie are great to work with.

Creative Yards LLC Employees
This company stole thousands of dollars after we hired them to install pavers and pool coping. Project materials were claimed to be in inventory but were not. This resulted in an out of scope project timeline. At the start of the project, they left the site in a messy demolished state for weeks before partially installing pavers. Sand was stockpiled in the street for too long resulting in a city violation to us, the site owners. They installed grading improperly so that our existing pool gates would not open. Our wooden access fence to the backyard was broken during their work.
After too many delays and responses of "we will be there tomorrow" and no crew or material showing up, we requested a refund and termination of the project. Three large contracting companies came to provide quotes to fix their mess and complete the project and said their work was installed incorrectly with grading going directly into our pool.
This contractor offered a partial refund due to out of scope timeline and unavailable materials. Now they will not respond to any form of communication after supposedly mailing a refund check 12 business days ago. We keep trying to contact them by phone, text, email, and all social network messaging options. They refuse to answer or reply to confirm the address the check was supposedly mailed to. We offered to meet them somewhere to pick up the refund personally. No response. They even took an additional $1,000 for upgraded travertine pool coping that was never delivered or installed.
I have submitted a complaint to the AZ ROC and would file for a civil suit, but the amount of money we gave them is over the small claims court limit.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! SHAMEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES AND HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!
