Got a unit from this “company” a year or two ago and house never got cold. Had them out a lot with our concerns and was told we went with the wrong unit. Finally bit the bullet and had someone else come out and look at the unit and they were floored by the “lack of insulation” and also said that the size and brand of the unit is NOT the problem. So now we will be out more money for something that was done not right.
