Brian Kerr is ethical, competent and professional; and I have recommended him to several friends. He did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. He worked really well with my architect, designer and me through the entire process. He contacted my architect when creating his estimate so his estimate would be more accurate. The rest of the contractors I got bids from didn't do any research but instead jacked up the estimate to cover contingencies. He also sat down with my designer and me when we discussed design options so he could get a better understanding of the overall vision and provide input on ideas that would be more expensive. The result was a great finished product and a contractor I'd be happy to use again.
