    I was very careful when choosing a builder, and I did not go wrong. I compared quality and price. I decided to go with Creekside for those two reasons. Good quality for a fair price. It was a fun process despite taking a month longer, but I understood there were some difficulties. They communicated during every step, and in the end, we got a gracious home. I customized everything to my taste.

    With any newly built home, there will be unforeseen issues that come up throughout the process, and Creekside Homes was always fair and eager to make it right. Andrew and the rest of the team were a delight to work with, especially when I had some very specific design choices they weren't sure about or when I came up with something to add on during the process! They met our tight deadline and were flexible so we could get into our home on the same day we closed our old home. Our process was pretty smooth overall, and in the end, there were very few outstanding items. I will choose them again over other builders.
