Dream Phase allows us to get in your head and understand what your dream looks like and
then represent it on paper. Deliverables from this Phase are; Full Architectural Plans –permit
ready, Specifications (20 pages +/-), and a lump sum quote.
Build Phase is where your project comes to life. We believe that quality is the number one
priority. Therefore, we manage every project deliberately for
certain metrics. On-Time, On-budget, Defect-free, Cleanliness, and Client Satisfaction. We
developed a 1,000-point checklist to ensure that at every stage, quality is not left to chance.
Our weekly conference calls with you will ensure
that good communication is delivered. Our online system will keep your project organized
from specs to finances.
Thrive Phase is the best part of the process because you can now enjoy the benefits of living
in a space that has been custom-tailored to your needs and lifestyle. We follow up with
regular check-ins and warranty audits to ensure that your investment is secure.

With any newly built home, there will be unforeseen issues that come up throughout the process, and Creekside Homes was always fair and eager to make it right. Andrew and the rest of the team were a delight to work with, especially when I had some very specific design choices they weren't sure about or when I came up with something to add on during the process! They met our tight deadline and were flexible so we could get into our home on the same day we closed our old home. Our process was pretty smooth overall, and in the end, there were very few outstanding items. I will choose them again over other builders.
