Stay away! I called for snow removal at my parent's home. My dad is now cancer-free but he's not at full-speed. I called to have their driveway plowed. I was told it would be at least two days, but probably three. No problem, they weren't planning on going anywhere. Day one passes, no call for confirmation. Six pm day two, I called them to confirm. Yes, we will be out tomorrow, I'm told. At this point, I cancel the other company I have on hold stating that I had a company that was able to help and did not want to inconvenience them. Day three, no call, no confirmation. I called my parents at 6 pm, still no service. I called them again. I was told, "Sorry we had an issue with one of our plows." Really, are you kidding me? You don't call or tell anybody this news!
