    This company is not currently licensed in Tennessee. Zane Condo is trying to keep a 1000.00 deposit that he know says was non refundable. I didn't sign anything agreeing to that nor was I told it was non refundable.He is currently working under Affordable docks. I put the money up in July '20 to be the first build in March '21 and I have emails promising this. When the water levels were raised in March I tried contacting the sales rep by phone and email. He never returned my call or emails. I emailed Zane Condo and he informed me via email that I was on the schedule for Sept or Oct '21. He won't refund my deposit which I requested. I wouldn't use this guy to build a doghouse
