Too early to respond to other issues. Cornel has asked to meet a second time on site, this time with subs.

Cornel and his crew did a terrific job aat our home. First, he was good coming down to our home in West Windsor in the Princeton area and giving us a detailed estimate for renovation work to be done principally on our basement. Then, he stayed in regular communication before the couple of work dates. His 2-man crew came down and worked long days with just brief pauses and worked their magic renovating a couple of areas in the basement. By the time they were done, the finished part of our 20+ year old basement looked almost brand new. They also did a great job cleaning up and left the room spotless and disposed of all waste/residue without us having to lift a finger. We highly recommend Cornel and his crew.

It amazes me the level of professionalism and hard work that this company provides for their clients. My home needed a facelift and Cretu Construction were the contractors to help me remodel my kitchen. I would go above and beyond to say, if you come across this company, stop searching for any other contractors because there is a high probability that no contractor can compete in work or accuracy on the job. Cretu Construction did a fine job of renovating my
bathroom. They worked very hard for long days from
8:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. or later, sometimes not even
stopping for lunch. They aim to satisfy and please
you and will graciously redo any thing to satisfy you and make you happy.

Does quality work. Was prompt and paid attention to details.

I have had several projects completed by this contractor. His work was always completed on time and professionally. The best part that was when my wife no longer liked the paint color we picked and he already started painting he gladly went back to the paint store to change the color to the one my wife was happier with.

He will not start a job unless he can start and finish the project which might mean that that he will finish the prior projects before starting yours. I had to be flexible to the start date but the contractor focused completely on my projects until completed.

Cornel and his crew at Cretu will do a great job for you. They did an amazing job on a family room/ceiling/lighting renovation, did a great job on a kitchen remodel and also great work on a roof/siding job. Cornel is all about value and quality work, he knows what stores to use for materials and also is incredible in expediting orders, deliveries, etc. He is very organized and extemely helpful in forcasting what has to be done, when it has to be done, he is neat, when something unexpected comes up during a job, he does not panic and figures out the best way to finish the job. He is a rare find in the contracting world and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

We are thrilled with the excellence of Cornel's work. He has done reconstruction on our walls in the basement after water damage, installed new stairs, and has done an entire kitchen renovation that included exterior doors and windows being moved. He did all of this with exceptional care for our family as we remained in the house the entire time. His team cleaned up meticulously after each long days work, being sensitive to my allergy to dust and asthma issues as well. His price was extremely fair, his integrity is beyond compare in relating not only to us, but to other subcontractors on the site as well and his attention to deadlines was amazing as we have seen how other contractors have extended jobs for months on end. Cornel helped us every step of the way from planning, foreseeing potential pros and cons in different kitchen designs, and troubleshooting unexpected issues that can come with older houses. We are amazed and delighted at the completed work and recommend him readily to all of our friends and neighbors. In the past 6 months, two friends have already hired him and have also been thrilled with his work.

I was absolutely astounded by the fact that 40 square of roofing material was ripped off and replaced in one cool December day! I never would have believed that a crew of men could be so efficient and the quality of work so amazingly high! I went outside after the job was completed to pick up any remnants of shingles or wrapping paper, but to my shocking surprise I could find as much as a single piece to pick up. I would call on your crew in a heartbeat to do any work on my home in the future. Please pass on my sincere appreciation to your men, who were true professionals in every since of the word!

I have known this contractor for a few years now and my wife and I have used him a lot at our restaurant Gabriel's Fountain in Martinsville, NJ. If you want to see some of his work come to the restaurant and check it out. This guy is professional at the least! He has done everything from roof work to fine molding and painting for us. He is clean and neat ALWAYS. After a days work he cleans up to the point that you could not even tell he was working that day. I have never experienced any contractor that is this honest, from giving estimates to completing the work he promised he is a man of integrity! I NEVER have to worry when I have Cornel Cretu on the job. I highly recommend them for any work you have small or large they handle it all.
Give them a try you will be very glad you did!
