If there was a negative star, this guy would get it hands down. He doesn't even do the work himself. He hires men that look like their out on work release from prison to come in and do the work for him. It took him a week to figure out that there was never hot water running to the shower in our master bath. Turns out, he sub-contracted the plumbing and the idiot ran both cold lines to the shower. This guy is something else.
