Well we live in Clarkrange and had the wind storm came thru and took our pole down
meter box and all. .We had no elec for three days and called Josh and he asked why we didn't call him after it happen. But we was waiting on a adjuster to come out but they never did so Josh and his crew came out and replaced pole and box and all. Said he send a bill to the insurance to get paid. And till we got the insurance guy out here to look at it,Josh had never gave me a call wanting to know what's going on. Not once. They got it done and a great job at that and then called the electric company to tell them it was fixed so we could have heat because it was down to 26 on those nites. They came and hooked it back up and Josh checked it all out and said if we needed anything to call him back. So if you ever lived in Tenn back in the day when people helped people and not say a word about the payment. , Just sent in the bill to them then that's what it was like to have him come and do our work. He acts like he has been a Tenn his hole life to treat people that way. Josh thank you and your crew for the great job you guys did. And Clarkrange or Fentress county should be proud to have you here in community. Thanks again . Great job.
