Do not hire him. Rolando Villalobos. He is a compulsive liar. Got cheep materials on our pool. He never finished completely. Called and called he said this week.!tomorrow. I am sick. Never came. He makes up stuff to not finish. Very bad

Stay away from this contractor repeat do not hire!! Do not give him money!!! Over year of excuses never finished. Contracted someone else finally someone corrected his disaster.He would make up excuses galore and would show up only two hours every three weeks. What ever work he did was incorrectly done. Definitely don’t hire this man, Rolando Villalobos, and if you already did terminate your contract.

Stay away from this contractor. Over 8 months and he was still no where finished. He would make up excuses galore and would show up only two hours every three weeks. I placed police reports for not showing up and was finally able to get rid of him by taking my case to the District Attorney’s. What ever little work he did was wrong and I had to repay to get it all fixed. Definitely don’t hire this man, Rolando Villalobos, and if you already did terminate your contract. I know of other families whom he eventually finished the work after prolonged periods and are now having leaking problems, cracking decks and other major and costly issues.

Cristalina's Pools is the absolute worst of the pool building companies, He should not be operating or constructing anything of that nature. All these reviews are spot on and you will have to sue him for all his horrible work. He will maybe show up for 2-4 days a month and do nothing while on the job site. He has no knowledge of pool building and just wings everything and hopes it will line up / work out in the end. He will leave you house and yard a wreck with trash and concrete everywhere. He does not teach his workers anything and will most likely just leave them to guess how to do installs with no supervision. Do Not hire Rolando Villalobos or Laredo pool / Cristalina's Pools for any work.
