    Total rehab and upfit for a restaurant of a historic urban building

    The folks at Critical Path were strangers to me when they were recommended to me. This has been my first foray into commercial real estate and the project is ambitious. I explained that I was trying to not only start a business and self-actualize, but trying to contribute to and serve our community in Fayetteville. After this conversation, I feel like I can call the folks at Critical Path my friends and I've leaned on them for months helping me navigate applying for grant money, finding elegant thoughtful solutions to my construction problems to keep my costs down while ensuring the goal of a triple bottom line (social, sustainable, and economic profit) can be realized. We have a long way to go yet to see my project through, but I wouldn't choose anyone else. I'm going to embarrass one person now. The folks at critical path are probably 3 standard deviations to the right on the IQ bell curve. That's what you want.
