    Hired Chad and his company to address deficiencies uncovered from previous contractor who did remodel on our home. Since hiring Chad (two years ago) I have had to hire a third contractor to fix everything he did wrong. First issue, hired Chad to reinstall windows that were installed wrong by contractor number one. Since then we have discovered large gaps below each window such that I can almost stick my finger from underneath window to the outside. Of the 8 the addressed all but one need to be reopened, re-trimmed, trim mold replaced, etc. Of teh concrete installed, we have had to hire a company to install drains into concrete, cut concrete to prevent further cracking and generally go back and address issues that an experienced contractor would have known to do from the onset. Issue for us was that patio was poured with no stress seams, no reinforcement and no drainage, hence issues with water flow and concrete cracking in multiple places. Lastly of the doors installed, all have had to be removed and reinstalled due to jams out of center, plates being too far forward such that door not flush with jam and/or insulation, leaving large gaps between form which air comes into home. contractor seems to know his stuff and maybe issue was with his subs, but everything was rushed, as he was super busy and net result is paying contractor #3 to fix more than 1/2 the items Chad was paid to address.
