I would not recommend. He installed unit 5 years ago. Condensing unit frozen solid above freezing temp outside. Diagnosed without service call. Ordered a defrost board & arrived 9 days later and didn’t need it. Said he adjusted defrost 50 min to 30 min. interval. Wasted time & money running unit on EM Heat per his recommendation. Never went inside or informed the household he was there. Left unit on EM Heat after supposedly fixing it. Really? Hung up on me when I called BS.
