I was extremely specific on my 10 day deadline for the work acquired from them. The sales rep had even called the manager to make sure this was feasible; not only did I have to call everyday to get a run around “they’ll call you tomorrow”, but I had trust that a company with this size would be able to honor what they promised. I made full payment on the first day, for them to let me know three days before the project was due that they couldn’t take it on, and they’ll give me the refund within a week? How unprofessional are they? Couldn’t they call me the next day to let me know that they are overbooked, or that they will not wait, they waited an entire week to get back to me. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
