Chris came by going door-to-door after a hail storm. He suggested that we might qualify for an insurance repair on our home. Several had stopped by looking to get our business but Chris and Crosscom got the job. No sooner had we signed a contract with Crosscom when our son's bus driver saw their sign in the yard and warned us against this company. That was in May and it is now the end of June. The job was completed by Crosscom under Chris's oversite all the way and everything about Crosscom was fantastic!
Chris got all of the necessary permits from Aurora; he did all of the insurance paperwork and arrangements, and even worked with me to reduce my out-of-pocket costs. The workers were always on time, were always respectful, and took careful precautions to keep the mess of a roof and siding tear-off at a minimum. (They laid tarps all the way around the house.) We have a new driveway and I asked that a roll-off container not be used to they brought a trailer to haul away the shingles.
We had three different crews come with in a week. There was a roofing crew, a siding/window frame crew, and a gutter crew. These men were craftsmen! Their work was above reproach in every way. The office was professional and worked well with my bus driver's concerns.
