All promises and NO results. $$$ and time wasted
Gerald Williams recommended installing 2 electric heating furnaces because it would be too difficult/costly to work with my gas line. Gerald said the job would be completed in one week. After one week the job was not complete. Gerald later discovered that my house was not even suitable for electric.
In the end, I had to pay another company to install 2 gas furnaces. They completed the job IN 4 DAYS..
Of course, when I approached Gerald for a partial refund he said he would "call it even".

Owner
Gerald Williams of Crossover HVAC was paid to store an AC condenser unit for a vacant property to prevent theft of the unit until the house was rehabbed at which time the unit would be reinstalled.
The unit was picked up and stored. When I contacted the company and spoke with Mr. Williams he communicated that he no longer had the unit. He never called during the time of storage to inform me of any concerns with storage.
When I called the second time to inquire, the company refused to respond to my messages.
