Well I have to say I had, or am having, a little trouble with the contractor. First of all I was suppose to meet one of the brothers at a set time, but he did not come until about two hours later. No communication at all. The contractor was notified of something I wanted them to investigate. Not sure of a correct answer because I did not care to travel back the 20 mile distance again. Thus asked him to take pictures and to send them to me via email. Never got them and wonder if they were really taken and if he really addressed the issue I was concerned about. Since then he will not answer my calls which I feel is on purpose, since I was always able to reach him otherwise on their only number. Their phone also will not save any messages since a message box was never established. All makes one wonder about the honesty and integrity of this firm.
