I met Roger with Crown Industrial Services, LLC. a couple of years ago when I was first building out my first franchise location. From day one Roger made me feel at ease about using his services and I could instantly tell I made the right decision. Roger handled everything from A to Z without missing a beat. I constantly heard horror stories from my fellow franchisees about their contractor and the constant issues they had. But not with Roger and his team of professionals. Especially Shannon and Manual who work for him. Roger delivered on a turn-key experience that I was more than thrilled with.
When I was building out my second store I decided to reach out to Roger again. Roger came out to several locations with me to help find a suitable space and provided his opinion. I told many other franchisees about Roger and his excellent service. During the buildout of my second center, Roger asked me to make a slight change in part of the buildout. I agreed. During the final stages of the build-out, we ran into an issue that was directly impacted by the decision Roger and I made. Without missing a beat Roger took responsibility for this and said he would fix the issue on his dime. Roger shared with me that he just wants to make it right. Rogers guys Shannon and Manuel are both on this project again and are doing an amazing job. Shannon has constantly told me he just wants me to be happy.
Roger is not the cheapest GC out there. However, peace of mind and integrity is priceless.
I am under contract to build a third location and I won't even look for another GC. Roger and Crown Industrial Services, LLC. is the only company I will work with.
