After nearly four years of legal wrangling with a Princeton, West Virginia, paving scam artist, Huey R. Small, Attorney General McGraw's Consumer Protection Division and the Mercer County Sheriff's Department arrested Mr. Small last night. Investigators from the Attorney General's Office, Detective Joe Boswell of the Department of Tax and Revenue, and Detective Mike Gills and Sergeant Beasley from the Mercer County Sheriff's Department closed in on Small at a trailer in Princeton.
