    NEW HOME CONSTUCTION
    $325,000

    Building our home was a nightmare! We chose our lot in Jan 2021 and signed a contract with Crumbaugh in Feb 2021. Because the company “split up” there was no work done for 4 months and we had to re-sign a new contract in June 2021, at a higher price. After 12 additional months we finally got to move in. There were countless delays. Weeks with no work done at all. Poor communication and even unprofessional rudeness from time to time. There were many things left undone (vent covers, fully seeded lawn, paint, trash and debris pickup). We also had a cracked/dented garage door (which we paid upgraded cost on) that has yet to be fixed. There are brick/blocks in the yard. Nails everywhere, from the yard to the roof. Paint splatter on every floor, windows, and screens. We accepted most of these things and will fix it ourselves, we just wanted in. They were so slow it would have taken months just to do these little repairs. If anyone wants to build a home I would suggest not to use Crumbaugh. Do your research. Get a construction loan. Find another builder! Hands down worst company I have ever done business with. I will add that there were a couple employees that tried to help and tried to smooth things over with us. But, I feel like their scope was limited and fell way short of good business and quality work.
