I had work begin 02/11/2017 and it is still not complete. This company ruined my new laid stamped cement slab. It is full of tar and scratch marks where the roofers attempted to take off the tar with a putty knife, has foot prints from the workers feet which did not come off by power washing, has rust marks from the metal containers and ladders the roofers used and left unprotected. The outside wall has tar spattered on it. The roof had to be redone after day one as the roofer, in an attempt to cut corners, started laying the roof on top of the old one. The office never returns calls or initiates conversations about fixing the problem. They make promises they never follow up on. The job was to take only 3 days. It is now going on 10 days. Moreover, according to this cite the contractor's license expired in 11/2016. I would never recommend this contractor and would caution anyone thinking of using this contractor.

We haven't had roof work done by them but my review is on ethics. Their sales person had my ex-husband sign a paper we thought was to authorize the work but it was a legal and binding contract. This I found out days later when I got my hands on it to read. And the one page contract stipulated a 15% cancellation fee of insurance proceeds if we cancelled. The salesperson never mentioned it was a contract and when I brought it to his attention he told me that "is not about cancellations, we are trying to make a living" he also said "that's the way we work." Can you believe how dishonest this it? My ex tried cancelling with him several times but he doesn't budge. I called the office to cancel and to complain against him and hope they leave us alone. I didn't sign the contract and I am co-owner and they say it doesn't matter that the contract is still binding. But as regards their way of doing business is very unethical and dishonest.
