    Install a pool pump

    I do not recommend Crystal Clear Pool owned by Tim Schwent. After making me wait 2 weeks with a green pool,
    his crew no showed a project to install a pump that I had to buy, refused to answer texts, calls or emails after I took the day off work and stayed home waiting. After I fired him and had another company install it the next day, he sent me a $65 trip fee saying they did in fact come but nobody was home. Lie. Now every year for the past 5 years he sends me invoices even tho I proved via saved texts that they no showed. It's harassment and spooky. His emails creep me out. My neighbors won't use him and correspondence is being saved in case he does anything criminal. He won't leave me alone and move on and deal with being fired.

    Install in ground pool

    Do not use this company. Go with a more reputable pool company for your pool. We had issues with this company for over a year. The owner told us many things he was going to take care of and never did. We were supposed to be getting bi-weekly maintenance as part of the pool install and that never happened. We were lucky if anyone showed up to our house once a month. When we voiced our concerns to the owner all we got in response (if we got a response) were excuses. After constantly trying to communicate with the owner and getting no where he sent my wife a very unprofessional text telling us he was done with us. Not worth the hassle.

    PLEASE! Think twice before using this company. Do your homework. Tim Schwent will take your money and run! He will take no action on any problems you have.

    The pool decking was repaired by the subcontractor and the manufacturer of the liner started as I did that the right liner was installed and was properly installed.
