It’s been a year since he started digging my pool and he still not done. he won’t even answer my phone calls anymore, or respond to texts. After finishing hooking up the equipment back in March, which was not done properly, he has refused to come back or even answer my phone calls. My mastic isn’t done yet, my auto fill isn’t hooked up yet my equipment is not hooked up properly, I’m still missing one light another one doesn’t work. If I call him from a different number than my own, he’ll answer and promise to come out but never show up. I was planning on using individual contractors for my pool build, but he gave me a competitive price and convinced me that would be better to use one person for everything that way if I had a problem I could called that one person up and he would be able to fix it without different subcontractors point the finger at one another. So now I have rust leaching out of my plaster, and I don’t know how I’m gonna get him to fix it if I can’t get him to come back and finish the job in the first place. This guy is not reliable....

Unfortunately we decided to have Crystal Water do our remodel in our backyard. Jesus initially said it would take three months to complete the pool and pavers in the yard. It took well over a year to get water in the pool. He made several shortcuts at my cost. No backwash to the sewer installed, unfinished grout lines on the coping, pool light is falling out, never sealed the granite or tile, overflow line was never ran so the pool overflows when it rains and now a rust spot is showing up in the pool to top it off.
Call after call made to him and promises of coming back to repair fell short of completion. I let this drag on believing that he would come back and honor his word. Now that I know his words are worthless, I will handle this another way.
I would never suggest using this company. He sends a partial crew (two men) to work minimal hours (3-6). Keeps saying he will come back but never sends anyone. The next step is suing him in small claims court. Lets see how this plays out. BBB, City of Orange and anyone else that will listen will hear about the shoddy workmanship that Crystal Water Pool Plastering does. Please stay away from this company and save yourself the headache!!!

I would not recommend this company. . Extremely unprofessional: #1)project completion delayed by almost 3 weeks. #2) Doesn't return calls, so far ,hasn't honored their warranty/ guarantee. Tiles of the pool fell off within one week of replastering. #3) when we called them, the owner keeps saying he is in Mexico. Will call when he gets back. #4) Keeps asking for payment, but never finished the job on time. #5) overall, a very stressful experience

Agree with the other reviews. Do not use this contractor for any reason. He talks a good game but will not deliver and will continue to increase cost. And my case, end up abandoning the job. Worst experience I've every encountered and I work in the pool business.
