CSL Construction was hired to do an addition to my master bedroom. My expectations for this project were very high, seeing that the addition was going to be a nursery. My husband and I met with a few different contractors to get more of an idea about pricing and if they were able to see our vision for the project. I must say out of the handful of contractors Corey for CSL was the BEST. He knew exactly what we were wanting and was able to OVER DELIVER our vision. He beyond exceeded my expectations. He was the most reliable, trustworthy, and honest contractor I have ever come across. I will continue to use CSL Construction for any project I might have whether big or small.

Find a different contractor/construction company to work with, for your sake. My information was sent to this company from Roto Rooter due to a burst pipe in my house. When they reached out to me, I requested a quote for water damage regarding a burst pipe in my closet (A small closet that just needs new drywall and baseboards installed). Upon arrival they told me they would only be willing to write me a quote if I signed a contract regarding the work to be done. The employee that came to my house to give me a quote told me we should "Try to get as much out of my insurance company as possible." I didn't want to sign a contract regarding the work to be done but the CSL employee assured me that they would work with my insurance company on the price and that no cost would go against me other than my deductible. When the quote was rejected by my insurance company (it was three times the estimated renovation cost, $11,000 just to install new drywall in a closet) they came after me as the homeowner and signee of the contract. They're currently trying to charge me $1,100 (10% of their estimated cost that they sent to my insurance company) just for requesting a quote. They have done no work on my property, ordered no materials, and barely communicated with my insurance or worked with them. They have no empathy for their customers and will gouge you for as much money as they can saying "You signed a contract, it's your fault and you're liable" even though they made me sign the contract just to get a quote. Very unprofessional.
