C&T Carpentry

The job is incomplete and we have not seen Tom in several weeks.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Tom completely lied to us on pretty much every occasion. What HE said would be a three-project ending being twelve weeks. More than half way through and paying him more money than work done, I had to fire him and told him to not come back to my home. I had to hire another company to come in finish the job and correct all of his mistakes. The project ended up costing us more since I had to pay someone else to fix all of his mistakes and poor workmanship. Tom was completely disrespectful to our home, I had to clean up after him after each visit. Not one day did he stay more than an hour and a half to do any work.
He did not pay his subcontractors and they constantly complained about him and not getting paid. I had to pay three of subcontractor that Tom did not pay and I deducted it from Tom’s next payment. One of the subcontractor was coming to my house and threating to pull his permit.
The work of the subcontractors was very good however, all of the work that Tom did not touch was good.
I will never use BuildZoon again.

Tom was very challenging to work with. He constantly lied to us about when work would be done and why it wasn't. The project ran over a month past original date. I'm also not confident that he has paid all his subs for the work that they did. His craftsman ship was good for the part but he did cut corners. Overall the experience was very frustrating and I won't be using him again.

He seemed very nice over the phone, but he canceled our meeting and said he would reschedule, but never contacted me to reschedule.

I had the pleasure of working with C&T Carpentry and there crew on many house projects we had done. They were very professional and easy to deal with. We had made some changes as the jobs went on and they were very happy to work with us on all our changes. They showed up when they said they would and were very clean. There craftsmanship is top notch and they take a lot of pride in there detail work .I would highly recommend to any one who is looking for a responsible contractor thanks telle

I have had the opportunity to work with Tom Zanella of C&T Carpentry for many years on many different jobs which have all been accomplished timely and professionally. He has been our go to guy for jobs both big and small, from handy man work to a full kitchen remodel. Tom is a true professional. He is talented, customer focused and friendly. His work is always top notch and he stands by his craftsmanship.

I would recommend Tom and C&T for any home improvement needs, I believe he can handle anything in the construction arena. His approach is accommodating and his work is of the highest quality.
