Too many reasons to share. I would not recommend Craig Monk. We hired him in May 2017 and by mid September 2017 we were finally getting concrete poured. Framing had yet to begin!!! He gave us every excuse on why he missed deadlines. We finally saw red flags once he started charging us for materials in advanced after telling us up front that was what our 10% refundable deposit was used for.
