Do not use this company, they are thieves. Below is the complaint sent to the BBB 2 years ago, I have still not heard anything from this company.
02/29/2016
We hired CTI Legacy almost a year ago and the work is still not completed. Our back yard is a disaster, to the point I can't let my daughter play. We hired CTI Legacy on March 17, 2015 to extend a concrete patio and build a pergola patio cover. CTI used a 3rd party concrete company to pour the patio. CTI did not supervise them or even give them a plan. They asked me what they should be doing. The shape of the patio is not what we agreed on. But in the interest of getting things done I let that go. Then for the pergola, again the work was done by a 3rd party, and again was not supervised or what we agreed on. At this time I called the city as well to find out the permits were never pulled. After the permits were pulled and the city inspector came out, the cover was not up to code. The inspector advised the owner ***** on how to fix the problem. ***** then advised me he will do what needs to be done to complete the job. During this whole process it has been hard to get CTI to return any phone calls, text or emails. CTI did come out and took down the pergola, leaving 4 big holes, all the wood with nails sticking out, and sheet metal in my backyard.
Desired Outcome
At this point I need a full refund or the work to be completed 100% to my satisfaction at CTI expenses. CTI has already been paid $6,825.00. I have been lied to and ignored. This is my last attempt before taking legal action. I am tired of being ignored and getting excuses for Owner Chuck Blaylock.
