Had a terrible experience with this company. I paid them $600 to seed, aerate and add new dirt (I paid a lot for it). 6 weeks later I had a lawn filled with quackgrass (a weed only Round-up can eliminate). Blamed the dirt supplier, whom he picked, on the issue. He gave me his word he would fix it at no cost - which meant clearing out weeds AND supplying new dirt and seed. Despite multiple texts and calls he refused to do it, despite his promise. The business owner is unethical and will make excuse after excuse to not have to pay anything out of pocket for his mistakes. I had to spend significant time fixing it on my own. I wish I had never heard of Cubilete.
