Stay away from this thief!!!!!! I hired this company and the pool cleaner did a poor job. I spoke with him and went inside my home, when I came out approximately twenty minutes later the pool had dirt on the entire bottom.
After calling the service person, he didn't answer for five hours at which time he said "call my boss"! The next day the owner came to my community but I had called the office and left a message that he was fired for the poor attitude,
A month later, I got a bill for two months that I had paid for. I sent a letter explaining that I have the canceled checks and that after reviewing my checks and their bills, they owe me a forty dollar refund for over payment.
They have refused to refund me and ignored my letter.
