    Dale Cummings and his team replaced and upgraded a large deck and restained our home and the deck. Prior to initiating the project, he and his carpentry foreman came to our home and created a detailed proposal for both painting and carpentry projects. They were unique in that they clearly dissuaded us from doing work which they believed was not especially value added. The proposal was line itemed and detailed.

    The carpentry work was first rate. Despite weather issues, they completed the work in a timely fashion. They worked weekends and some Sundays. The painting work was also first rate. They spent substantial time preparing with pressure washing and meticulous caulking. These guys take real pride in their work.

    The work was on a second home and we generally not around. They communicated consistently (bordering on over-communication).

    I will definitely use Cummings Painting and Construction again.

It is very difficult to find good contractors that complete a job in a timely fashion and on a budget!

    We've used Dale Cummings several times to paint the outside of our Big Canoe house, the most recent being the fall of 2016. In addition to painting, he's also done light construction repairs. He not only made us aware of what needed to be done construction wise but took pictures to show us the problem areas.

    Dale pays attention to detail, has trustworthy employees, completes projects on time, and takes pride in the quality of his work.

    We've been extremely satisfied with his work and would certainly recommend him to others.
