This contractor promised on multiple dates to perform repairs at my residence, each time he failed to show up, text, or call. This Company is horrible at customer service skills. Had I not trusted this company to work as stated the repairs would have been completed by now. Once they saw that we had updated Facebook as to their business practices they did call and left a VM with attitude.
