We hired Chris to complete a small bathroom remodel/redecorate project. We had new flooring, a new toilet, a ceiling replaster and trim that needed to be installed. He did such an excellent job! I finally have the spa-like bathroom I’ve wanted. Chris was very professional, did great work and I will definitely be using him again if I need anymore work done!

Curb Appeal Construction has worked for us on several different projects. In 2015 we hired Chris and company to repaint our North End home. Our home was beautiful when they finished. In 2018 Curb Appeal remodeled our North End bathroom, doing a total tear-out and replacing subflooring, plumbing, electrical, and wall tile. He did a fabulous job of updating the bathroom. A tree fell on our cabin in Cascade in 2018. Chris was very good at working with our insurance company to get the replacement costs covered. His company replaced half the metal roof, rebuilt the rafters, joists, and wall plate. He replaced the damaged deck supports and repoured new concrete footings, along with installing some new deck rail. Chris replaced a leaky shower there as well. He repainted the entire cabin when done. His skill with drywall is excellent-he can replicate any type of wall surface texture. He installed crown molding last year in a bedroom and does beautiful finish work. Chris is friendly and is easy to consult with as a project develops. He is hard-working, shows up on time, and his bids are fair.

I will NEVER recommend this person to do any work for you. He lied and consistently never showed up. He totally destroyed my house and it's been unlivable for 7 weeks. I will be suing him to recover my money. A total disaster!
