I can’t say enough good things about this company! They are amazing. Friendly, professional. Amazing! You can’t go wrong with this company. I absolutely love them. They have been out to my home twice for 2 different reasons. They saw something wrong other than the reason they came offered to fix it. I love this company.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about this company! Robert and Susan went above and beyond to fix all of my problems and did amazing at explaining everything they were doing. They were incredibly professional and wore masks amid the COVID 19 pandemic which shows they genuinely care about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone :)

I have never written a negative review, but this company failed to show up to the job...after a couple of phone conversations letting us know they were delayed & would not be arriving at our scheduled 3:00 appointment, they finally canceled us after 8 pm on Friday night. The technician who called promised we would be on his schedule first thing Monday morning. That was fine, we understood he got busy. When I called the owner Monday morning to find out when they were coming,, she said they would not come until Tuesday afternoon. We were not happy, but said ok. She promised she and her husband would be there. Late Monday we were told we should find another electrician.
Very dissatisfied, and disappointed I took Friday off of work, thankfully quickly found another electrician that is reputable, professional and dependable.

I would NOT recommend this company. I have been loyal because of the previous work completed in my home. Last week, I had 3 task- install ceiling fan, Light fixture and move Light Switch. Everything seemed to be working when she left and than I loss power after 15 of her departure. I notifed her, I was told that I live to Far to come back and fix. Despite I paid $575. Susan told me she stands by her work but quoted me a service fee $125 to return but she didn't come back and service my house. Leaving a family without power with all the hot days we have had in Charlotte. For safety since she completely ghost me I had call another electrican and even call Duke power make sure nothing was going on - possible outage Susan response to me calling someone else to help was the Light fixture wasn't a fire hazard. No power, meant no air and she know I have 3 kids and pets.... I thought she was better than that. You have to live with the way you treat People. I trust God that he would send me the right person to get the job done and stand by the work.
She mentioned that she calls other electric companies for estimates so she can get a feel about rates. I guess it's rubbing off. Quality will always be better an quantity.
