We redid plumbing, electrical, interior paint,flooring, and three windows, including one slider.
We renovated plumbing from inside the walls to external fixtures. Mr. Currier's plumber was excellent, the best in my experience. He even went with us to ensure that all orders were correctly chosen and priced. Terrific.
His drywall guys do great work, but don't clean up real well.
Mr. Currier's creative suggestions were outstanding: moving a slider to the other side of its wall, installing an upgrade to a bathroom fan, listening well as we figured out, over and over, what we really wanted on the floors, especially in an open bathing area.
When his first painting contractor submitted an outrageous bid, we found our own painter, pronto. Our painter now works for Dan, too. Everybody did well on that one.
Summary: Mr. Currier and his crews do high quality work, but, watch those subcontractors' bid prices for jobs. Dan Currier is in demand for a reason - excellent quality work; keep an eye on the paperwork. -
